Servicing & Repair

We offer a repair service to all of our ultrasonic cleaning tanks*

 

We also offer service contracts on our baths. 

 

There are three options available ranging in price and level of service.  All of our service contracts give the use additional benefits throughout the year.

 

Should your unit require a service please enclose the service agreement sheet when returning the unit to us.

Should your ultrasonic cleaner prove fault please return it to:

Please enclose a covering letter with your name, address, contact details and a detailed description of the fault. Should you require an estimate before we proceed with the repair, please state this in your covering letter.

Please DO NOT return any accessories with the unit such and the lid or basket.

To protect our repair team, the unit MUST be decontaminated and returned with a decontamination certificate if it has been used in an dental surgery / medical environment.  We retain the right to return any unit not complying with this.
